Sontsion is the store name used for an independently operated online retail business based in the United Kingdom.
We offer bags, backpacks, luggage, and related accessories to customers in the United States and other destinations currently available through our online store.

An order confirmation confirms that we have received the order information but does not prevent us from reviewing the order before fulfillment.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of payment failure, suspected unauthorized activity, unavailable inventory, delivery restrictions, a clear pricing or information error, legal requirements, or another legitimate operational reason.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully captured, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Payments
The payment methods available for a particular transaction are displayed during checkout.
Payments are processed through Shopify and applicable third-party payment providers. Payment authorization or additional verification may be required before an order is processed.
Sontsion does not directly store complete payment card numbers submitted through the checkout process.

Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment authorization and applicable order verification.
Processing times are separate from estimated transit times.
Shipping and Delivery
After an order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated transit time is normally 6–9 business days for destinations where this shipping estimate applies.
Sontsion currently offers free standard shipping to destinations available for purchase where free shipping is displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, destination requirements, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a shipment is materially delayed, confirmed lost in transit, or otherwise cannot be delivered, customers should contact us so that we can review the tracking information and carrier records and provide the appropriate resolution.

Returns
Sontsion provides a 30-day commercial return policy for eligible items.
To use this policy, customers should contact us with a return request within 30 days of delivery and follow the applicable instructions provided in our Return & Refund Policy.
Returns are accepted by mail.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for applicable return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Our return address is located in the United Kingdom, so customers returning products from the United States or other countries may incur international return postage costs.
Sontsion does not charge a restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the item ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We may request your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where reasonably necessary to review the problem.
Where an issue is attributable to Sontsion, we will provide the appropriate resolution or return instructions, including applicable return shipping arrangements where required.
Refunds
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.
After an eligible refund has been approved, Sontsion normally issues the refund within 1–3 business days.
After the refund is issued, your bank, card issuer, or other payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
Sontsion does not control the processing time required by a bank or payment provider after a refund has been submitted.

Order Changes and Cancellation
If you need to change or cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will try to accommodate your request if the order has not entered a stage where the requested change or cancellation is no longer reasonably possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after processing has begun.
This does not limit any statutory cancellation or other mandatory consumer right that may apply.
UK Consumer Rights
Where United Kingdom consumer law applies to a purchase, customers may have statutory rights in addition to Sontsion's commercial policies.
For qualifying distance sales, UK consumers generally have a statutory period after receiving goods in which they may notify the seller of a decision to cancel. Applicable return and refund requirements will be respected where those rights apply.
UK consumers may also have separate statutory remedies where goods are faulty, not as described, of unsatisfactory quality, or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.

This limitation does not exclude or restrict our obligations concerning orders that are not delivered, are confirmed lost in transit, arrive damaged, or otherwise require a remedy under applicable law or our published policies.
